Business Analyst Intern

• Capture, validate and document business and system requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives, or from external requirements
• Create and maintain documentation such as process documentation and training material, as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders
• Assisting in market research, competitive analysis and user research
• Assisting in creating Test plan, acceptance criteria and carry out functional testing
• Strong understanding of business processes, customer journey and business requirements
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Previous Business Analyst experience preferred
• Project management methodologies is a plus
• Proficient in BRD, FRD,Gap Analysis, Business Analysis, Healthcare Analytics, and Documentation Skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data or related field
