Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated results driven HR/Operations Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our HR Department individually, overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, and creating an impressive and best-in-class work culture and environment. Along with dealing and leading with the operational aspect of the organization. This job is only for individuals who are willing to work in results driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job vacancies, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers
  • Welcoming and orienting new members of staff
  • Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment for every single employee.
  • Define, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.  
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Manage employee benefits programs, including PF, and paid time off.  
  • Assess vendors to introduce new benefits
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Set and review budgets and manage cost.
  • Manage end-to-end Background Verification Process  
  • Organize team events on a frequent basis to ensure employee satisfaction
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve any operational maintenance issues.
  • Assist Finance team with payroll processing queries  

Position Qualifications:

Eligibility Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience  
  • Must speak fluent English
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills  
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment, labor laws and regulations; HR best practices
  • Experience with HR information systems and software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Degree in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources and Finance preferred
